In 2008, at the age of 47 I ran my first marathon and when I crossed the finish line tears were streaming down my cheek. It wasn't because of the pain in my legs...it was that I realized at that moment I CAN DO ANYTHING I PUT MY MIND TO. At that point I was a speech pathologist, but by 2011 I decided it was time to prevent dis-ease with health and fitness. I started slowly, beginning as a personal trainer and since that time I have focused on healthy aging...feeling like a Bad A** at any age. My focus is on inspiring and empowering my clients to live life to the fullest; recognizing that health and fitness is key! I am a functional aging specialist, balance specialist, spin instructor, DNA certified trainer and nutrition fitness specialist. My mission is to prevent or reverse chronic lifestyle dis-eases in at least 10,000 adults.

My work with clients involves nutrition therapy and coaching for wellness, eating disorders, weight and body image concerns, plant-based diet, autoimmune disorders, food allergies, cancer, and prevention & treatment of chronic disease. I include herbal medicine in my work with clients and offer food, nutrition, & herbal education programs in my teaching kitchen.
