Stress is inevitable and when left unaddressed and unmanaged can create serious health issues from chronic pain or illness to acute medical crises.
In this class you will learn:
1. Stress is the body communicating something needs attention.
2. Know how to identify your body's unique way of expressing stress.
3. Learn what your triggers are because being prepared gives you a head start on managing stress.
4. Have immediate coping mechanisms you can employ for 5 minutes to get yourself centered and calm again.
5. You will learn about 4 specific types of activities you can learn and do immediately to get relief from stress and restore balance and calm for a happier and healthier 2020.
In this class you will learn:
