Brief description and recommended material for the class. I am looking forward to sharing some of mat Pilates classes with all of you. I created a short welcome flyer with a brief description and some recommended material to use during some of the classes. These items are just a suggestion and by any means need to be purchased to participate. I would highly recommend to use either a Pilates mat or 2 yoga mats for more cushion, support and comfort.
