2020 Summer of Transformation - Week 6 "Attitude of Gratitude" Join me this week for 3 amazing classes Wed, Thur, and Friday. Practicing Gratitude daily will help you stay positive and feeling good by increasing endorphins. It will help you cope with Stress and is good for your overall health. Breathe -- Move -- Heal! 8 Classes are included in this series! All classes will be recorded - practice anytime, anywhere! This class series is designed to reduce stress, increase your range of motion and flexibility. It is for all fitness levels. It is also ideal for those beginning to learn yoga as well as those with limited mobility. Tuesday - Restorative/Yin Yoga Friday - Gentle Yoga Restorative/Yin Yoga This class is designed to reduce stress and anxiety while increasing your flexibility. The postures are passive in nature and done on the floor (seated, lying on your back or stomach). Gentle Yoga This class includes gentle yoga poses that help increase flexibility and your range of motion. Poses will be done either sitting in a chair or on a mat, there will also be some standing poses.

Every Friday in August! Each class will each cover the three zones of the face for full face sequence. We begin with a warm up, cool down, breath work, face yoga, and short meditation. This is open to anyone. No experience needed. Benefits of face yoga include: stress reduction increased mind-body awareness less headaches reduction of dark circles and puffiness around eyes more symmetrical face higher, sculpted cheeks less droopy eyelids and much more!

This Kundalini Kriya will energize the system by working the entire body through breath and movement. Awakening your awareness to places within the body that need balance and more pranic energy. Leigh will take you through a warm up sequence and guide you through the kriya at a steady pace. There is a deep relaxation within the set, so it will be nice to have a blanket close by to cover up with. We will finish one of the 5 meditations for the gray period of the planet that will make you feel cozy and content.

The title of the kriya speaks for itself... the exercises are targeting the colon and cleansing. Please have 12oz of prune juice with you when you begin the set. If you do not have the juice you can still take the class but the benefits are greater with the juice. This set combines movement and breath work.

Leigh brings over 20 years of experience in Kundalini Yoga and will guide your through kriyas and meditations that are great for handling the pressures of the time. This class will be physically challenging and stimulate the brain. The meditation is one of the five meditations taught specifically for the gray period of the planet.
