Boundaries help us stay connected to our path. Boundaries are healthy reminders to yourself and others, that your goals, values and self-care are important. Without boundaries, your energy dilutes and it's harder to shift your energy towards your own joy, peace and calm. In this class I will show you a quick but effective technique on how to create successful and lasting boundaries for yourself.
Take your chakra knowledge to the next level. Learn how to feel into someone else's chakras to analyze, clear, and balance them. We'll spend some time feeling into our own chakras first (in case you haven't taken my one of my other chakra classes). Once you have this basic knowledge, it'll be easier to feel into someone else's. Since this is an online class, you will be tapping into your intuition and psychic abilities to work with your other online classmates. Attendees will be placed in breakout rooms to practice. There is so much information stored in the chakra system. Tap into it to aid in your healing journey!

This beginner friendly class uses an adult sized hula hoop to teach the foundations of hoop dance. In a class you will learn both on and off body hooping. On body hooping: you will learn how to hoop on your waist, hips, chest, shoulders, and legs.Off body hooping: you will learn how to hoop on your hands, as well as weaves, lifts, and other tricks. This class will build your coordination while exercising your entire body. This low-impact cardio class will have you burning calories while having fun!

Every Friday in August! Each class will each cover the three zones of the face for full face sequence. We begin with a warm up, cool down, breath work, face yoga, and short meditation. Become a Reiki Master and teacher with Jamie Butler, the Everyday Medium and Reiki Master! This is a rare opportunity to take this class from Jamie virtually! Prerequisites for this class are Reiki Levels 1 & 2 with Jamie or another Reiki Master. In this class, students are expected to present their knowledge of Reiki Symbols and healing techniques. Over the course of the weekend, Jamie will introduce the Master Symbols and as well as the attunement techniques. This class will also go over the code of ethics and business practices around healing. All registered students will receive a certificate of completion which will be mailed out 21 days after class.
