This is a 10-Class Series, meeting 2 times a week. All sessions will be recorded. If you cannot attend the live, virtual classes you will be able to view the recordings. Qigong, pronounced "Chee - Gong" is an ancient Chinese practice that heals the body from the inside out. It strengthens the lung capacity and reduces anxiety and pain. Tai Chi is a practice that began in China about 900 years after Qigong. The benefits of Tai Chi include increasing flexibility and balance.

This is a flow class that is designed to prevent injuries to the shoulder from repetitive moves through chaturanga. It is a light flow class. We will be building heat and moving through the asanas at a pace suitable for newer students.

Music is an easy, natural, and inexpensive way to do this. In this interactive psychoeducational group, we'll explore different ways that you can use music to help maintain your mental well-being.
Leigh Mallis guides and teaches her Wednesday class through the use of pranayama, movement and meditation. Kundalini strengthens the nervous system and boosts the immune system to handle stress in this unprecedented time. Bring your mat, blanket and an open mind to class.
