Become a Reiki Master and teacher with Jamie Butler, the Everyday Medium and Reiki Master! This is a rare opportunity to take this class from Jamie virtually! Prerequisites for this class are Reiki Levels 1 & 2 with Jamie or another Reiki Master. In this class, students are expected to present their knowledge of Reiki Symbols and healing techniques. Over the course of the weekend, Jamie will introduce the Master Symbols and as well as the attunement techniques. This class will also go over the code of ethics and business practices around healing. All registered students will receive a certificate of completion which will be mailed out 21 days after class. Saturday, April 18, 10am-3pm Sunday, April 19, 9am-1pm

An entrepreneur's work is never done. No words have been truer! Even with the advent of the internet and all the newest technology, it seems our to-do lists never get shorter. But does your to-list consist of money-making activities or busy work? Are your daily tasks helping to grow your business or are you spinning your wheels going nowhere? As easy as it may be for me to tell you what you SHOULD be doing to grow your business, it's just as important to recognize those habits which are harming your business. Creating good habits is phenomenal so long as those bad habits are changing, too. As you listen to today's webinar, think objectively and don't be ashamed if you recognize your own behaviors. Awareness that what you're doing isn't helping your business is half the battle. Once you're aware, then you can take action to change those behaviors. Also remember that change doesn't happen overnight. Even if you change your behavior quickly, that doesn't mean the rewards of that change will suddenly show up. However, you will be more prepared to handle those rewards as they appear.

We will create a union between breath and body as we stretch and strengthen every part of the body and the mind. We will warm up the spine, then build heat as we flow through postures, linking them with breath, and will then utilize the space we have created to lengthen and strengthen the muscles used during class. Variations will be offered so that every student can enjoy a class that nurtures what THEIR body needs.

Knowing that the back side of the chakras carry great information, I'm putting this class on for those who know how to work with their subtle energy. We're going to tap into the back sides to feel into any past life energy. We'll look to see what's there, and how we can use that information for today. We may even find information we weren't looking for. It's all in our highest and greatest good.

This beginner friendly class uses an adult sized hula hoop to teach the foundations of hoop dance. In a class you will learn both on and off body hooping. On body hooping: you will learn how to hoop on your waist, hips, chest, shoulders, and legs.Off body hooping: you will learn how to hoop on your hands, as well as weaves, lifts, and other tricks. This class will build your coordination while exercising your entire body. This low-impact cardio class will have you burning calories while having fun!

Every Friday in August! Each class will each cover the three zones of the face for full face sequence. We begin with a warm up, cool down, breath work, face yoga, and short meditation. This is open to anyone. No experience needed.
