Dr. Eno Nsima-Obot was born in London, UK and raised in Nigeria. She graduated from medical school in 1987 with awards in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Clinical Pharmacology and Surgery.
She was also a recipient of a quarterly award for compassion when she worked for a large multi-specialty group in Chicago, IL
As a physician, her focus has been on preventive health strategies. Her philosophy is to provide her patients with easy to understand information that will enable them to make healthy lifestyle choices.
This motivated her to publish a book, "Dr. Eno's Guide to Living Powerfully with Diabetes" that is designed to empower individuals living with Type II Diabetes.
Her passion for helping people make permanent shifts in their lives led her to transition into professional life coaching in 2010. She is a graduate affiliate of Accomplishment coaching an ICF accredited coach-training program. As a member of the ICF she is committed to maintaining the integrity of the coaching profession as an integral part of personal development & transformation.
