I will define what mindfulness is and the myths that surround it as well as the benefits of practicing regularly.
We will discuss how to start and maintain a regularly routine of mindfulness.
The class will end off with an 'open heart' mindfulness meditation. (Which you can come back to as often as you like in the recorded session)
