"Prioritizing good sleep is good self love" BASIC SLEEP SCIENCE Sleep issues are among the greatest health and well-being issues throughout the world. There is a direct correlation that the greater stress we are under the greater the affect upon our quality of sleep. And this continues in a consequential and cyclical pattern. When we affect our sleep because of stress the cycle continues. The health, social and economic consequences are massive and they include evidence and consequence such as; memory loss, learning problems, mood disorders, motor skill deficits and mental health issues. IN THIS WORKSHOP WE WILL Iterate consistent daily patterns will help you with your sleep Construct sleep hygiene support and strategies Review briefly sleep disorders and how yoga effectively supports sleep disturbance Build a sleep sanctuary including the koshas, sutras, nutrition + movement Gifted a Nightly Yoga Ritual to support sleep + a Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep) Audio
