These easy techniques recharge your personal Energy, eliminate fatigue and burnout and contribute to your Well-Being. They can increase the Love and Abundance in your life. Improving your Mental Clarity and Intuition is more of the attributes of this type of Yoga Practice. You will learn how to use simple Mudras to promote your Spiritual and Soul's development. We will practice Meditation techniques and Healing Energies from a seated position. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Yoga for Kids! In this yoga class, children are encouraged and taught yoga in a fun way! Staci will teach the philosophy of Yoga through a variety of fun and engaging tools: yoga poses, games, and activities that promote strength, flexibility, and coordination teaching kids' valuable lessons building confidence, inner strength, a feeling of well-being, and mindfulness.

Lisa Torres is a fitness, beauty and wellness expert and has trained celebrities, professional athletes and changed thousands of bodies just like yours! Being disappointed by countless exercise methods and not attaining the strong, long, lean body she desired, Lisa worked with an orthopedic sports surgeon and various physical therapists to develop her Barre Physique Workout Technique. It is a unique workout fusion of various exercise disciplines including: extreme core conditioning, barre, Yoga, Pilates and orthopedic stretching to change and heal the body. All of the muscles of the body are safely worked to fatigue and then immediately stretched to achieve strength, flexibility and balance.
Staci is an experienced Wellness teacher with over 1000 hours of yoga, mindfulness, meditation and nutrition education including UCI Health, Mindful Schools, Ashtanga Yoga Center and Karma Kids Yoga. An expert in the field of children's wellness with over 10 years of experience working with kids and teens in studios, schools, homes and events. Coming from a family of athletes (her dad is Hall of Famer, Don Sutton), she grew up knowing the importance of physical wellness. It was when she was a young adult that she experienced some mental and emotional struggles and began her journey down the path of yoga and mindfulness. What she discovered was life changing and knew that she had to share it with others. After many year of working with adults,Staci considered what a difference it would make if kids could receive these tools early in life. Her passion for wellness and love for children came together with Bala Shala, yoga for kids with classes and videos and The School Well, where she educates PE teachers to share wellness with kids of all ages. Staci lives in Laguna Beach, California with her husband Tim and their children, Baylie and Cash.
