A bi-weekly class to enhance your meditation and mindfulness practice. Each class will focus on a different Pranayama, most often with Mantra involved. Breathwork is a fundamental aspect of raising your awareness, consciousness, and frequency. Bringing awareness to the breath, and the Prana you intake, will instantly ground you, balance the nervous system, and boost the immune system. See you on the mat!
Self-love is a choice a lot of us need to make daily as we look for ways to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives. It is not always easy to choose self-love. Many people wonder how that is done. A good start is to connect with self-love in your body. In this class you will experience a combination of movement, breathing and focused attention to connect with self-love. Bring a mat, comfortable clothing, and an openness to experience more love for yourself.

This will be a 15-30 minute class on Eating Mindfully To Combat Stress. Discover how food can help reduce stress in your body. Katie will share how you can reduce the feelings of stress with certain foods plus learn more about the relationship between cravings and stress and mindful ways to support your body. Dawn’s yoga journey first began in 1999, when she bought a Rodney Yee VHS yoga videotape. She made a habit of practicing yoga every day to bring fitness and stress relief to the ups and downs of daily life. After gaining some momentum and comfort in her practice, Dawn met her match at a local gym a few years later. For the first time, her poses were on public display-meaning: hands-on adjustments, cues, and practicing openly in front of others. After conquering this obstacle, she was led to seek out a permanent yoga studio and a place she could use as a hideout to put her restless mind on the back burner for an hour or two.
