This will be a 15-30 minute class on The Ten Churnings: A 15-Minute Yoga Sequence for All the Joints. Have you ever felt stiff or stuck and you know you need to move your body, you just can't always think of what to do? Join Mona as she shared one of her favorite joint mobilizing sequences with you, known as the "Ten Churnings". This session will be very practical and mostly on our feet moving through the sequence together. There will be time for Q&A.
