Join us for a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra session. During this practice, you will lie comfortably still as you are guided into a state of deep conscious relaxation also known as yogic sleep. Lori Batcheller, CYT, MA, MPT, LMT has been practicing yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2005 following a year-long Seva experience at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts. She taught Guest Yoga and R&R workshops at Kripalu Center from 2005 to 2011 and yoga and employees wellness programs for the City of Boulder from 2009 to 2020.Also a licensed physical and massage therapist and journal writing instructor with a private practice in South Boulder, Lori loves passing on the gift of health and relaxation to her clients and students.
