In this session, we will discover how past choices determine our current circumstances and how our actions today can shift our future. Each person is in complete control of what their life looks like (even though there are so many things outside our control). Your choices, how you respond, react, and take action are yours, and yours alone. We will use breathwork, meditation practice, and journaling to gain perspective and create an action plan on "Who I Was, Who I Am, and Who I Want to Be".

I first found yoga after my son was born and I was looking for a gentle way to get back in shape. I found that and so much more! I was able to regain strength, flexibility, balance and health.
