Self-love is a choice a lot of us need to make daily as we look for ways to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives. It is not always easy to choose self-love. Many people wonder how that is done. A good start is to connect with self-love in your body. In this class you will experience a combination of movement, breathing and focused attention to connect with self-love. Bring a mat, comfortable clothing, and an openness to experience more love for yourself.
Seeking moves that inspire? Yearn for transformational creativity on the mat? Curious to discover the joy and power in alchemical union of dance & Yoga? In this short hour, learn to grow creatively as you layer Asanas, mudras & chakras into a dance on the mat. -Focus breath and bandhas to support movement. -Weave music, & poetry to emotionally generate movement. Listen to your spiritual voice expand. Shakti means power, and the greatest power we have is love. Let’s dance to move it into the world with joy.

This will be a 15-30 minute class on Eating Mindfully To Combat Stress. Discover how food can help reduce stress in your body. Katie will share how you can reduce the feelings of stress with certain foods plus learn more about the relationship between cravings and stress and mindful ways to support your body. Karina DiLuzio is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing. She enjoys partnering with her clients as they seek sustainable healthy lifestyle changes in a wide variety of health and life balance areas. Karina enjoys the opportunity to blend her background in both tobacco cessation and coaching to assist clients who are pursuing tobacco cessation. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota, and is certified as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist by both Mayo Clinic and the National Association for Alcohol and Drug Counselors. She is in her fourteenth year in the health care field, and helped develop the inpatient tobacco program at Allina Health.
Andrea Beaman is a Natural Foods Chef, health educator, thyroid expert, holistic health coach and herbalist, dedicated to alternative healing, and sustainable eating and living. Andrea was a featured contestant on Bravo's Top Chef. She is a regularly featured expert on CBS News, and hosted the Award Nominated, Fed UP! A cooking show that educates viewers how to cook for, and cure, bodily ailments.
Mona Warner is a warm and joyful educator practicing both Yoga and Ayurveda. She runs the Janati Yoga School in Kingston, Ontario, where she strives to guide others down the path of health, happiness and well-being every day. She is a Yoga Teacher Trainer (since 2007), a National Ayurvedic Medical Association recognized Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist (AYT), and Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner (CAP). She is the author of Ayurvedic Yoga, Ayurveda's Three Pillars of Health, and the Grief and Ayurveda Workbook. Mona shares her home with her wonderful husband, enthusiastic dog, and ninja kitten.
