A bi-weekly class to de-stress, cleanse and ground your energetic field with vibrational sound therapies from various sonic tools. We will use sound with mantra, along with a meditation to soothe and calm your nervous system, to prepare you for the week.

This will be a 15-30 minute class on Mindful Mondays with Mudra, Mantra, Movement, and Mediation. Same mudra and mantra for the month. Movement will be brief, asana focusing fluidity, such as bends, folds, twists, Sun Salutations. Meditation will 7-10 minutes. LiL+ Moments are geared to give participants a practical and interactive activity in a short period of time. Have a suggestion for a particular topic or time? My name is Jason Williams. I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 17 years. Early on I was interested in body alignment and balance as a track athlete. Much of the training I do is Pilates, corrective exercises, and weight management based. After learn about the fitness and nutrition side of wellness, I felt like there was one aspect missing, meditation. I became a meditation teacher about a year and half ago. Today, I am a Wellbeing Coach, where I incorporate mediation into fitness and nutrition training.
Karina DiLuzio is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing. She enjoys partnering with her clients as they seek sustainable healthy lifestyle changes in a wide variety of health and life balance areas. Karina enjoys the opportunity to blend her background in both tobacco cessation and coaching to assist clients who are pursuing tobacco cessation. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota, and is certified as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist by both Mayo Clinic and the National Association for Alcohol and Drug Counselors. She is in her fourteenth year in the health care field, and helped develop the inpatient tobacco program at Allina Health.
Meredith McCowan is a Professional Astrologer practicing in St. Paul, MN. Astrology found its way to her after a lifelong interest in science, metaphysics, astronomy and spirituality. She practices Evolutionary Astrology which focuses on the Soul's growth & development through lifetimes on the wheel of karma.
