Each person is in complete control of what their life looks like (even though there are so many things outside our control). Your choices, how you respond, react, and take action are yours, and yours alone. We will use breathwork, meditation practice, and journaling to gain perspective and create an action plan on "Who I Was, Who I Am, and Who I Want to Be".

My name is Jason Williams. I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 17 years. Early on I was interested in body alignment and balance as a track athlete. Much of the training I do is Pilates, corrective exercises, and weight management based. After learn about the fitness and nutrition side of wellness, I felt like there was one aspect missing, meditation. I became a meditation teacher about a year and half ago. Today, I am a Wellbeing Coach, where I incorporate mediation into fitness and nutrition training.
