As a holistic nurse, psychotherapist, and coach I hold a vision of changing the current healthcare system from a culture of sick "care" to one of health and wellness. I have built my life around empowering people to advocate for themselves and adopt lifestyle changes to support their own wellness. After seeing my health and perspective on life challenged by the Superwoman Syndrome, I was forced to re-evaluate and reframe my lifestyle, career and relationships.
