Improving your Mental Clarity and Intuition is more of the attributes of this type of Yoga Practice. You will learn how to use simple Mudras to promote your Spiritual and Soul's development. We will practice Meditation techniques and Healing Energies from a seated position. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Staci will teach the philosophy of Yoga through a variety of fun and engaging tools: yoga poses, games, and activities that promote strength, flexibility, and coordination teaching kids' valuable lessons building confidence, inner strength, a feeling of well-being, and mindfulness.

Barre Physique Basic is a beginner 45 minute total body workout with a slower instructional pace. You will need a set of light weights (you can use a full water bottle or other similarly heavy item), a chair or stool for balance and a mat if you are working on a wood floor. You can put on your favorite music and join Lisa to build strength, flexibility, balance and change your body!
