A bi-weekly class to enhance your meditation and mindfulness practice. Each class will focus on a different Pranayama, most often with Mantra involved. Breathwork is a fundamental aspect of raising your awareness, consciousness, and frequency. Bringing awareness to the breath, and the Prana you intake, will instantly ground you, balance the nervous system, and boost the immune system. See you on the mat!
Self-love is a choice a lot of us need to make daily as we look for ways to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives. It is not always easy to choose self-love. Many people wonder how that is done. A good start is to connect with self-love in your body. In this class you will experience a combination of movement, breathing and focused attention to connect with self-love.
